May 2010 - Bike Shed Now Stocking Trek Ride+ Electric Assist Bikes

The Bike Shed is now stocking the Trek Ride+ range of electric assist bikes. The Ride+ electric assist bikes utilise a silent electric motor, powered by rechargeable lithium ion batteries that you can engage when you want a little help in your cycling. Come to a hill a bit too steep? Carrying a lot of weight on the rack? Simply engage the electric motor, select the level of assist you want, and let the motor take the strain.
