"Cycle couriers swap the pen for the pedal and enjoy a job outdoors" says The South Wales Echo's Tim Lewis, who recently spent a day with one of the couriers, Ed, at our sister company Cardif Cycle Couriers, on a bike provided by The Bike Shed.
